Microsoft Dynamics GP

We are looking to hire a Dynamics GP Senior Specialist, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ERP system and integrations to other applications. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a combination of strong technical and people skills with previous Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of software and hardware related to GP, including routine maintenance, installs, updates, patches, customizations, integrations, etc., including 3rd party applications

  • Draw from ERP implementation experience, internalizing and leading software related efforts

  • Collaborate with staff to identify business challenges, gather requirements, design, and implement GP-related solutions

  • Assist with 3rd party vendors in the maintenance, support, patches of the Dynamics GP, and other connected business applications

  • Proactively managing and prioritizing multiple GP related projects, assignments, timelines, milestones and follow-up communications

  • Update How-To documentation and Standard Operating Procedures

  • Administer GP end users, roles, security, and all 3rd party applications associated

  • Produce technical and user documentation to facilitate internal and external processes

  • Work with users to gather requirements, design, and develop reports

  • Conduct training for all departments for overlap support and any cross department end-user training involving GP

  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily support tickets, to include escalation to other IT groups and external vendors

  • Provide additional helpdesk user support as needed

  • Evaluate 3rd party products for fit and make recommendations

  • Other duties as assigned


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience

  • 6+ years of experience large, corporate systems development and implementation activities in a wide variety of organizations. Technical experience in system analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation preferred.

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Dynamics GP

  • Experience with GP modules including, but not limited to GL, AP, AR, payroll, and inventory

  • Experience with Scribe, Crystal Reports, Management Reporter, Report Writer, Smart List Builder, Smart Connect, Integration Manager, and Modifier with VBA

  • Experience with Microsoft BI stack: SSIS, SSRS, Power BI

  • MS programming experience (SQL, VB.Net etc.)

  • Experience implementing diverse, high impact initiatives to support organization objectives

  • Working knowledge of application support, development tools, and methodologies

  • Ability to make recommendations and suggest alternatives when needed

  • Ability to work on large-scale complex projects that include multiple strategic goals and multiple tactical tasks

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them to others in an easily understandable way

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and superior organization and time management skills are required General knowledge of accounting principles and/or financial background

  • Microsoft GP certification is preferred


Dynamics 365 Technical

We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX – Dynamics 365 Sr. Technical Consultant/Architect to us. As a member of the professional services team you will be working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.

We need people who are experts in the next focus areas:

  • Complex application and BI development

  • Upgrades

  • Integration

  • Data migration

  • Performance optimization

  • Environment and release management

A successful Technical Consultant should have very deep practical hands on experience in at least two indicated areas above. In order to qualify as a Technical Architect, a candidate should be an expert in 4 technical areas.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5+ years Dynamics technical design and development experience (X++, C#, SSRS and BI development).

  • Candidates should have participated in a minimum of 3-4 MS full life cycle Dynamics 365 implementations projects in a role of a Developer, Technical consultants or Technical Architect.

  • Strong passion to deliver high quality solutions.

  • Experience in MS Dynamics AX 2012 R2, R3 and D365.

  • Experience with Visual Studio and in .NET development.

  • Experience in upgrading to the latest releases of Dynamics 365 (code and data upgrade).

  • Experience in complex data migration (using DIXF, third party tools, Atlas and custom development).

  • Experience in complex integration development (web services, DIXF, .net custom client-server applications, knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols – oData, SOAP, JSON, REST, SSIS, direct SQL, Azure logic apps).

  • Experience in performance optimization (X++ application code, troubleshooting D365 components, AXPerf, LCS Environment monitoring, SQL performance optimization).

  • Experience in environment and release management (ALM, TFS, Build processes, Environment management, Installation and configuration of AX and related components).

  • Experience with two or more MS Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Manufacturing, and other modules.

  • Working knowledge of process development and industry specific best practices.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines.

  • Confidence and willingness to learn.


Dynamics 365 Functional

We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX – Sr. Functional Consultant to join us. As a member of the professional services team, you will be working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.

We are looking for strong professionals with deep industry experience in the next areas:

A successful Senior Functional Consultant candidate should have very good experience in at least two indicated areas above.

Required Skills:


  • Senior level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics application with focus on business modeling and solutions implementation.

  • Candidate should have at least 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX or / and D365 F&O. implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations.

  • Good understanding of existing Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it.

  • Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool.

  • Complete understanding and following Process-driven implementation approach.

Demonstrated ability to:

  • Analyze and understand business problems.

  • Apply high-level solution architecture and design (Functional and/or Technical).
